I've never been much of a cook. Okay, I've never been a cook. Period. I grabbed food on the go. It was convenient, cheap and I thought it tasted pretty darn good, too. And I packed on the pounds. Lots of pounds.
In January, 2012, I began a transformation. I changed my eating habits. And I was intent on making these changes permanent. I knew that meant getting into the kitchen. With the help of a friend, I began to feel a bit more comfortable there—discovering that fresh, healthy cooking can actually taste good! It's changed my life.
This blog is a collection of recipes and tips that serve as a record of the knowledge I've accumulated studying my favorite cooking method: grilling.
